To effectively manage the Air Freight Forwarding Operation & Customer support service.
1. Ensuring timely completion of operations as agreed with the customers
2. Investigating and analyzing the reasons for time delays in completion of operations.
3. Ensuring that documents related to all import and export shipments are accurately maintained.
4. Liaising with the customs clearance officers to ensure that all the documents are cleared and all relevant formalities are complied with.
5. Giving feedback on the shipment status to the clients.
6. Negotiating rates with carriers for Air shipments with an understanding of the market.
7. Managing key accounts and maintaining excellent relationship with them to facilitate the business.
8. Achieve monthly KPI’s .
9. Supporting the sales team by cross selling.
10. Monitoring the department’s performance and ensuring that work flows smoothly.

The CFO will work with the senior management team in Esol as well as oversee finance activities in the group’s schools in the following areas.
Management and control: 
1) Prepare and present monthly financial budgeting reports, monthly profit and loss and cashflow by school/group – actuals vs. budget and forcasts
2) Oversee month-end close process
3) Review and analyze monthly financial results and provide key observations / recommendations
4) Assess and evaluate financial performance with regard to long term operational goals
5) Recruit, interview, hire, manage and develop finance and accounting staff as required
6) Evaluate operations and make suggestions for increasing efficiency through improved processes or more automation
7) Supervise creation of reports, software implementation, and tools for budgeting and forecasting
8) Review/ensure application of appropriate internal controls, compliance, and financial processes
9) Serve as key point of contact for external auditors; manage preparation and support of all external audits
Financing: 
1) Represent group to banks, financial partners, institutions, investors, public auditors etc.
2) Maintain outstanding banking relationships and strategic alliances with vendors and business
partners
3) Oversee capital structure of the company – determining the best mix of debt, equity, and other financing instruments
4) Support business development efforts in financing of new projects – identify the required financing, options for securing it, and execute to secure the funds necessary
Strategy and planning: 
1) Establish yearly financial objectives that align with the company’s plan for growth and development
2) Review and support development of budgets for each of the schools in the group
3) Develop integrated budgets / forecasts for Esol aligned with school budgets
4) Support business development in developing financial models for new projects – both internal and external – and assess the implications on investment requirements, financing, and near and long-term financial performance

المهارات

- Bacherlor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- CPA required
- MBA in Finance preferred
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in accounting and finance
- Experience as CFO in a medium to large organization
- Knowledge and understanding of ERP systems
- Knowledge of GAAP, IFRS, compliance and audit standards
- Experience working with external auditors
- Experience in building bank and other financing relationships.
- Track record in securing corporate financing and / or financing for large projects.
- Excellent analytical, reasoning, and problem solving skills
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated leadership ability, confidence, and executive presence.
- Fluency in English, Arabic knowledge is preferred.

Job Summary: 
The Graphic Designer provides creative visual solutions. The Designer coordinates the generation of creative concepts and design work through final production mechanicals, following strict brand requirements.
